in my Yoga sessions, I use the principles of Hatha Yoga together with stretching thecniques from yoga massage, in this way the stretching are individual tailored just for you, adapting to your possibilities and needs.

Hatha is a branch of yoga originated from the ancient India in which concentrates on the physical health through postures (asanas), breath work (pranayama), meditation (dyana), dietary selection, and other “external” means, to attain mental well being building a better control of thoughts in order to move ultimately toward one-mindedness, clear and peaceful mind.
